2. Specified Construction Schedules
One of the biggest complaints expressed by most remodeling customers is
the length of time it took to get the project completed. Most homeowners
are upset when the construction time far exceeds the contractors promised
completion date. We will provide you with an exact schedule showing you
start dates, timelines to inform you of when your product selections are
needed and a completion date…up front and in writing! We’ll
stay in touch with you throughout the job, communicating our construction

is a direct result of utilizing a team of in house tradesmen who are not
only talented craftsmen but maintain a “ can do “ attitude.
4. Experience and Reputation
Glenn White started Complete Construction Company in 1983 by assembling
a successful interior trim contracting business. This quickly expanded
into new home construction and existing home renovation. The renovation
has been our mainstay of our company for the past 14 years. This is a
long time considering that 50% of remodelors go out of business during
their first year of operation and 90% don’t last 5 years.
5. Professionalism and Education
Glenn White has provided his customers with true professionalism through
his continual education and 25 years of experience. Glenn is active member
of the National Association of Home Builders Remodelors Council as well
as the Home Builders Association of Raleigh Wake County of which he has
served on the executive board for the past 5 years. By frequently attending
classes and seminars on a national level we are able to keep up to date
on products and construction procedures
6. Time and Material Format
In 1995 we integrated a “Time and Material” format which has
proven to be a policy that is not only fair but well received by our customers.

7. Computer Design (CAD)
How good are you at reading line-drawn blueprints or rough sketches, which
are supplied by many contractors? With 3 dimensional drawings we can show
you your plans in a way you can understand. Design build eliminates additional
design fees and we will know the costs of construction and will design
the plans and specifications within your predetermined budgets.

We have entered in three award programs with the following results:
1995 Parade of Homes Winner with two out of four judges awarding us perfect
scores and a total judging score of 1320 out of a possible 1360.
1997 Parade of Homes winner with one perfect score and a total judging
score of 1041 points out of a possible total 1125.
2002 STAR Awards for Best Room Renovation.
9. Fully Insured and N.C. Licensed
We are pleased to be an unlimited licensed general contractor in the State
of North Carolina serving the Triangle area. To achieve an unlimited license
status shows our achievement in the top tier of financial stability and
a solid policy of integrity and ethical standards. We carry all workmen’s
compensation and liability insurance as well as a separate builder’s
risk policy with owners listed as co-insured with each project.
10. Warranty
We offer a full one-year warranty on both labor and material on all of
our projects.
