When I started Complete Construction 25 years ago, I put together a talented team of professionals and high quality craftsmen. Twenty-five years later, that core team is intact and still committed to making your dreams come true. We’re active members of the National Association of Home Builders Remodelers Council, as well as the Home Builders Association of Raleigh, NC. By frequently attending classes and seminars on a national level, we are able to keep up to date on products and construction procedures. Plus you will always be working with a core member of our team when you work with us.
Our Process
Our first conversation with new customers is usually by phone. We'd like to know a little about you, your house and what you want to accomplish in a remodeling project. The process for a simple repair is very different from the planning that needs to take place for a whole house remodel, and we just want to help you determine the path that suits your needs best.
Our first visit to your home is always done at no cost or obligation to you. This in-house consultation is more of a meet and greet for each of us to get to know each other better. We want to understand how we can help you while at the same time provide you with the answers to your questions you have about who we are and how we operate.
The biggest question most homeowners face when they remodel is: “Can we build what we want for the budget we’ve set? With Complete Construction we walk you through your remodel ideas, discuss design options and review basic product selection. We make sure you know what is happening with your project every step of the way.
